Shipping policy

Process Timing:
All in-stock items are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. All items are located in and shipped from Virginia, United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking and order numbers. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If tracking indicates that you have not received your item within 14 business days for domestic shipping or 30 days for international shipping, please contact us. Please note that we are unable to intervene in customs holds or third-party carrier delays.

Rates:
Domestic (US) Shipping Rates: Free shipping for orders of $50 or more. Otherwise, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International (Outside the Continental US) Shipping Rates: Free shipping for orders of $100 or more. Otherwise, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Imports:
Internationally shipped items may be subject to additional fees and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment leaves the responsibility of Pearadox and reaches your destination country. Pearadox is not responsible for additional customs fees, international taxes, or other international shipping-related charges, and is not responsible for tracking the item beyond the options offered with the initial shipment. If your item is held in customs, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the customs authority in your country to arrange receipt of the product, pay any additional fees, or meet other requirements. Customs processing may take 30 days or more.

Shipping to PO Boxes, APO & Military Addresses:
Only the United States Postal Service® is permitted to deliver to PO Boxes and APO, FPO, or DPO locations. Other carriers such as FedEx and UPS do not deliver to these addresses. Occasional delays may occur when shipping to military or APO/FPO/DPO locations. We will ship via USPS to accommodate these addresses whenever possible.
