Refund policy
Please read the following information carefully. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item. This policy exists to protect the health and hygiene of all our customers.
Return & Exchange Eligibility:
Only items that are damaged during manufacturing or incorrectly shipped to you are eligible for return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all original tags attached, and with the hygiene liner intact and unremoved (the hygiene liner is the small protective strip in the crotch area of the garment, included for sanitary purposes). Returns or exchanges must be requested within seven (7) calendar days
of delivery and received by Pearadox within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@pearadox.com or use our contact us page and include your order number and photos of the item. If your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to Pearadox without prior approval will not be accepted.
Defective & Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing flaw, please photograph the item and contact us within seven (7) calendar days
of delivery at info@pearadox.com or via our contact us page. Include your order number and photos. Once your return is approved and the damaged item is received by us, a replacement will be sent at no additional shipping cost to you.
Exchanges (Incorrect Items):
If you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@pearadox.com or via our contact us page within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you received, and the item you ordered. Once your exchange is approved and the incorrect item is received by us, the correct item will be sent at no additional shipping cost to you.
Inspection of Returned Items:
Once we receive your return or exchange, we will inspect it within 1 to 3 business days and notify you of the outcome. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we are committed to reaching a fair and satisfactory resolution.
Refunds:
If a refund is approved, your original payment method will be credited. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your bank or credit card company, refunds may take a minimum of 7 days to process and post. Please check with your financial institution for their specific processing timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Items with the hygiene liner removed or tampered with (the small protective strip in the crotch area of the garment)
- Items that are worn, soiled, laundered, or damaged from use
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned without prior approval
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Pearadox is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Our Right to Review:
Pearadox reserves the right to review each return, exchange, and refund request on a case-by-case basis and to make final determinations at our discretion.
