LGBTQIA Twilight Tie Dye

Peardox's first faux Tie Die - Twilight.

Utopia - No place. No where. Neither day nor night. Sun, moon, stars; in harmony.

Twilight is the time of day that occurs between daylight and darkness when the sun is below the horizon but still illuminates the sky to varying degrees of soft, diffused light that is neither fully bright nor completely dark but with various degrees of colors. This time is often seen as a time when the spiritual world becomes more accessible and seen as a time of balance, when both light and dark energies are in harmony. It is neither day nor night, but an entity of its own which effects the transition, exemplifies transition, from day to night and from one day to the next. There is no next day without twilight.

In a metaphorical sense, "twilight" can be used to describe a state of transition, in-between, evolution or dualism. Metaphysical effects in this context refer to the psychological or emotional impacts of such a state. For example, someone might experience twilight when going through a major life change, experiencing a shift in their beliefs or values, or facing a period of introspection and self-discovery. The time of twilight is also noted to have psychologic and medical effects on the body and mind.

Tie-dye is an art with unique and expressive patterns that is often displayed as a form of colorful uniqueness, free thinking, and a way to visually represent their individuality and open-mindedness. Often characterized by our non-uniform and unpredictable designs this also may align with the idea of embracing our individuality and creative approaches to life in general. Tie-dye is also often associated with an expression of freedom to be who and what you want to be.

Tie-dye in it's commonly vibrant colors and patterns are symbols of freedom from suppression and freedom towards expression. It provides an influence of multicolored mentality. More than just in your world, there are worlds outside. In its brightness , it advocates for greater personal freedom.

Celebration of Individuality and Expression of Love and Peace: LGBTQIA+ & tie dye synchronicity
Similar, but not the same. The same is the expression and freedom. Tie-dye celebrates individuality and self-expression. Hippies, although unaffiliated with LGBTQIA+, believed in the importance of embracing one's unique identity and embracing expressionism. Tie-dye clothing was often associated with the hippie movement's message of love and peace. The vibrant colors and intricate patterns conveyed a sense of joy and harmony. Hippies were involved with ongoing struggles for civil rights and social justice that continue today with LGBTQIA+. Sometimes we can relate to that individuality, freedom of expression & free thinking in the form of tie-dye. We wear it better! Wink.

Twilight -- When you come into that part of your sunset, a new day starts like when you come to the realization of who you are and you are comfortable "in your skin".
